I am a Gestalt psychotherapist from Vilnius, Lithuania, who lives and works in Norway.

Having lived in different countries and immersed myself in diverse cultures, I've come to deeply appreciate
the richness of human experiences and the complexities of change, belonging, and identity.

These experiences have profoundly shaped me personally and professionally,
allowing me to bring genuine cultural sensitivity, openness, and respect into my therapeutic practice.

I intimately understand how life transitions—particularly those involving moving between cultures—
can stir deep emotions, prompt introspection, and challenge our sense of home and connection.

I intentionally hold space for these themes in my work, supporting those who may feel
caught between worlds and seek inner stability while navigating external changes.

MY STORY

My journey toward becoming a therapist began more than ten years ago, when I recognized that I was repeating destructive patterns passed down through generations.

Woman sitting cross-legged on a large rock with a backdrop of a town with white and blue buildings on hilly terrain and green mountains in the distance under a partly cloudy sky.
Close-up view of a road or pathway with a beige or light-colored gravel surface, showing sharp curves and turns against a dark background.
Person walking on a dirt trail in mountainous forested area with cloudy sky.

This realization became a turning point, leading me to explore family constellation practices.

Engaging deeply with this work,
I began healing profound ancestral traumas,
gradually freeing myself from their influence.

A woman with short dark hair wearing a purple athletic shirt and sunglasses on her head, smiling and shielding her eyes from the sun with her hand, standing outdoors with rocks and sparse vegetation in the background.

My transformation from pain to self-awareness is a living testament to the power of therapy and the potential for meaningful change.

The next part of my journey involved four years of deep,
personal therapy. During that time, I experienced different approaches—cognitive therapy, schema therapy, Gestalt therapy, and trauma work.

Each of these helped me in different ways. Through this process, I really started to hear myself for the first time, understand what I truly wanted, and feel more at peace inside. Therapy showed me that healing happens when we dare to face ourselves with honesty and compassion.

EL CAMINO

Parallel to my therapeutic journey, I embarked on three pilgrimages along the Camino de Santiago in Spain and Portugal.

These journeys, twice spanning over 800 km, became deeply symbolic of my healing and self-acceptance

The first Camino focused on healing a broken heart and reconnecting with myself after complex, codependent relationships.

2018

The second Camino was a joyful celebration of newfound freedom, rediscovery of happiness, and a quest for new meaning in life.

2024

The third Camino represented fully choosing myself, embracing my identity, and learning to accept my life story with compassion and understanding.

More importantly, these journeys became catalysts for deep personal growth, teaching me that healing is an ongoing journey rather than a fixed destination. My experiences on the Camino ultimately inspired me to pursue therapy as my life's work. I hope my story inspires and supports your path toward healing and self-discovery.

These pilgrimages were far more than physical journeys—
they were profound experiences of inner transformation.
Walking the Camino allowed me to reconnect with nature,
honor my body, and nourish my soul.

In 2019, I formally committed to a comprehensive five-year professional training program in Gestalt therapy—
a humanistic and experiential form of psychotherapy that emphasizes self-awareness, personal responsibility,
and being present in the here and now.
